Verify your phone contact number in your Parking and Transit Services account. It is important the information is correct so that staff can contact you quickly if there is a parking issue with your vehicle on game day.
To change the phone number in your Parking and Transit Services account, log into your Firefly account, go to the ESS tab, select "About Me" and enter your current correct phone number.
If your vehicle is parked in a prohibited area, Parking and Transit Services may attempt to call you and provide an opportunity to move your vehicle before it is towed.
