Sheldon Student Ambassador ($15/hr)
Sheldon Student Ambassadors play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for university students and other museum visitors. Ambassadors facilitate interdisciplinary learning sessions in Sheldon Museum of Art’s galleries for students in courses across the curriculum. They represent Sheldon at campus events and collaborate with university student organizations to implement co-curricular programs related to Sheldon’s exhibitions. They create interpretive content for both print and digital vehicles, including Sheldon’s Bloomberg Connects app and zine vending machine. During the fall 2026 semester, they will also lead weekly tours of the exhibition Remembering Modern Art: Collection of the Museum of American Art. Deadline to apply is May 10.

TLTE Undergraduate Office Assistant ($15/hr)
This position supports the Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education Department in the College of Education and Human Sciences. It’s a perfect position for an Undergraduate Student who is a self starter, organized and likes to take initiative. Work begins the week before classes start Fall 2026. Students will be assisting with incoming calls, correspondence, mail, copying, and coordination of mailing lists; additional duties would include social media posting, ordering and distribution of supplies, and other office assistance as needed. Anthropology Collection Intern (unpaid)
The State Museum of Natural History Anthropology Collection internship is designed to teach undergraduate students the essentials of museum collection management. Students will learn how to properly handle, house, research, and catalog collection items.
The Anthropology collections encompass worldwide ethnological and archaeological collections with regional strengths in Asia, Africa, Native North America, Oceania, and the upper Amazon. The internship runs the length of the Fall 2026 semester from August 24 to December 11, 2026. The internship is a part time, onsite position requiring 6 to 8 hours of work a week for a semester total of 120 hours. Deadline to apply is May 31.
