Spend your summer at the University of Nebraska Medical Center conducting research or participating in a national medical and dental education program. Join us on Friday, October 24, from 2-3 pm in Food Court CD in the Union to learn more about the programs and application deadlines.

The Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) "is a collaboration between UNMC departments, institutes, colleges, student services, and graduate specialty areas to provide summer opportunities for undergraduate students to become members of research teams and discover first-hand the broad spectrum of research activities occurring at UNMC." The Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) is a national program that provides "a six-week summer academic enrichment program that offers freshman and sophomore college students intensive and personalized medical and dental school preparation."
