Dell is looking for a dedicated student to represent the Dell brand at the university and in the community.

In this flexible part-time paid position, reps will be required to educate consumers on Dell products and the advantages of owning Dell, promote the sale of Dell products while networking on and off campus to generate buzz and increase brand awareness. You will be working directly with two well-known companies — Dell and Mosaic — giving you the opportunity to build your sales, networking and marketing skills, expand your resume and make connections for opportunities down the line.

Responsibilities:
· Increase sales, hit weekly metrics goals and improve Dell’s brand awareness
· Promoting Dell’s Student Discount and seasonal promotions by locating and planning events to execute product demos
· Educating students and faculty on Dell and the newest products
· Providing content for local/national social media messaging

Requirements:
• Reps will help promote Dell by working with campus bookstores, and networking to attend campus events (like orientations, tech events, career fairs, etc.)
• Reps will be responsible for increasing Dell‘s sales and perception on campus, as well as building relationships in your area by utilizing your creativity, swag, and your knowledge of social media.
• Reps should have engaging personalities and enjoy meeting new people. Building a solid campus network of Dell followers is a primary goal of this position. Reps must be ready to learn and retain knowledge of Dell’s most current products. Reps are born influencers, have a drive for sales, a passion for social media, and enjoy learning about the newest technology!
• Sales experience or sales-minded
• Type A, dynamic, excels at time management and working independently
• Creative, high energy, outgoing
• Ideally upperclassmen, no graduating seniors (staying in school for masters)
• Live on/near campus
• Be on campus during the summer months with no long vacations planned/study abroad
• Gaming experience and associations, involved in gaming clubs (specific campuses only)

This position would begin May 1 and run through at least Jan. 31. It would require 10-15 hours per week from May to September and about 3 hours a week from October to January. Pay is hourly with opportunities for raises and incentives throughout the year.
