This is simply a reminder that Mel Shinn Day sign-up is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of this week (Sept 12-16th). In case you have not heard, SUPREME COURT JUSTICE CLARENCE THOMAS will be speaking at the College of Law on Thursday. ;) Consequently, there will not be an opportunity to sing up on that day.
Sign-up will be DOWNSTAIRS in the lobby from 12-1. Remember to have your teams composed, and don't forget your check book/cash. The price will be $15 for SBA members and $17 for non-SBA members. If you would like to bowl, it will be an additonal $5 for 2 games of bowling and shoes.
You may sign up for as many competitions as you would like including 3-on-3 basketball, tennis (doubles or singles depending upon how many people/teams sign up), dodgeball and a 5k run/walk.
Mel Shinn Day will take place on September 23. There will be mini golf in the library throughout the day, and an all school picnic provided to ALL STUDENTS regardless of whether or not you sign up for Mel Shinn Day!
Dean Poser has been kind enough to donate her tickets to the Michigan State game, so everyone that signs up to play will be able to put their name into the raffle. Not only will you have a chance to win some SWEET prizes, you also have a chance to win some great seats to the Michigan State game!
