All group fitness and mind•body classes at the Campus Rec Centers are free Jan. 13-18. Seventy-five classes are offered during the week at varying times each day.
Popular classes are Zumba, Cycling, HIIT Plyo, HIIT Strength, Vinyasa Yoga, and Cardio Dance.
