The OASIS Leadership Symposia hosts Dallas Arcand, an Aboriginal entertainer and musician, at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3 in the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center Unity Room. Arcand is from the Alexander (Kipohtakaw) Indian Cree Nation, best known for his achievements as a champion hoop dancer and speaker.
