Campus Recreation offers several CPR, AED + First Aid classes this spring. The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. Completed training provides a two-year American Red Cross certification often required for both professional and service jobs.
Participants can also earn academic credit for this course by enrolling in FITN160 on MyRed. Non-credit course fees are $60 for UNL students and Campus Recreation members and $75 for non-members. These classes are offered during the following dates:
• Feb. 21 | 4:30-7 p.m.
• Mar. 15 | 4:30-7 p.m.
• Apr. 18 | 4:30-7 p.m.
