Content Convergence Conference examines analytics, social media

Join other university communicators today for a Content Convergence Conference on analytics and social media. The session is 1 to 3 p.m. in Andersen Hall, room 15. Registration is not required.

Seth Meranda, user experience architect for University Communications, will discuss how to use Google Analytics to track individual campus units' pursuit of the goals Chancellor Harvey Perlman outlined in his 2011 State of the University address.

The social media discussion will include presentations by Alice Henneman, UNL Extension Educator, and Amy Struthers, associate professor of advertising and public relations.

This free session is offered by University Communications as part of a series of Content Convergence Conferences designed for UNL staff or faculty who create and update department and college websites. The sessions are open to all faculty, staff and students.
