Facilities Management and Planning and University Police remind everyone to shut all windows and doors before you leave for the holidays. Heat will be reduced over the break to conserve energy in accordance with the campus energy policy. Only buildings or spaces where research requires normal temperatures will be unaffected.
Leaving doors or windows open could result in the loss of university property and/or frozen pipes and subsequent damage. Please protect your office and building by ensuring you leave with your workplace secure. Buildings will remain locked over the holidays, so be sure you have any items out of your spaces that you will need over the break.
