'Elvis Lives' at the Lied March 7-8

The Lied Center for Performing Arts will present the multimedia performance of "Elvis Lives" at 7:30 p.m. March 7 and 8.

Three of the top Elvis performers in the country, chosen through national auditions by Elvis Presley Enterprises, create a theatrical concert experience that takes a multimedia musical journey through the legend's life. Audiences will enjoy the latest in acoustical excellence showcased by a live band, backup singers and an Ann-Margret tribute artist.

Ticket prices start at $38 for adults and $19 for youth. Tickets can be purchased at the Lied Center box office, by phone at 402-472-4747 or online at http://www.liedcenter.org.

Pre-show talks start at 7 p.m. both nights in the Lied's Steinhart Room. The March 7 talk will be led by Judy Anderson a local singer/performer and an editorial assistant with University Communications. The March 8 talk will feature Matthew Landis, a local performer. The talk is free to ticket holders.
