UNL is celebrating Arbor Day with a tree-planting at 10 a.m. April 26, south of the Beadle Center, near 19th and R streets.
Landscape Services and more than 20 students will plant the trees as part of Focus Nebraska, a weeklong event that promotes environmental sustainability, awareness, engagement and activism.
Focus Nebraska is organized by the Association of Students at the University of Nebraska's Sustainability Committee.
