Larsen Tractor Museum Celebrates 90th anniversary in April

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Larsen Tractor Museum will launch a month-long 90th anniversary celebration on March 31, with visitors to the museum during April receiving a commemorative photo of the tractor tested in the first performance test.

On March 31, 1920, the first successful Nebraska Tractor Test began on the Waterloo Boy Model N tractor. The pioneer Nebraska Tractor Tests became worldwide standards. For the past 90 years, tractor testing and performance data has contributed to more successful uses of tractors in agriculture. Hours for the museum are 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday and from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Admission is free but donations are accepted. more....
