College of Engineering Celebrates E-Week
A tradition since 1913, the College of Engineering will celebrate E-Week from April 19 - 23 with a variety of activities dedicated to recognizing and rewarding engineers' accomplishments.
The week culminates with the annual E-Week Open House on Friday, April 23, where senior engineering students display their research projects, corporate representatives host booths to promote their companies, and high school students partake in information sessions and hands-on activities that highlight the benefits of becoming an engineer. This year's Open House guest speaker is Brian Halla, executive chairman of National Semiconductor and an alumnus of UNL's electrical engineering program. He will give a talk at 10:30 a.m.
