Teens (this includes teens in college!), here is a fun opportunity to increase your skills in leadership and community outreach!

4-H Extension Educator Tracy Anderson is leading the new program 4-H Tech Changemakers. The program's focus is on educating teen leaders who will then teach community members digital skills to aid in upskilling or reskilling for employability.

Once a team of teens has been recruited, Tracy and the team will go over the "grab and go" lessons that cover digital basics such as: emails, how to create strong passwords, how to search, how to be responsible online, etc. They will next determine best places to reach community members, determine the schedule and together teach community members.

Team members will receive a welcome incentive box and nametag. If teens serve through February 2022, then they will also receive the thank you “swag” incentive box too.

If you are interested in the opportunity, contact Tracy at tracy.anderson@unl.edu or 402-441-7180.
