Good sportsmanship is a skill Nebraska 4-H strives to instill in young people all year long, especially during the fair season. As we know, young people often learn how to deal with conflict, disappointment and competition by observing the behaviors of those around them. So, of course, we expect everyone involved in 4-H to demonstrate good sportsmanship, including parents, volunteers and officials.
