New this year — Cat and Household Pets static exhibits will now be entered and displayed with all other static exhibits in the Lincoln Room instead of at the Cat and Household Pet Shows. During static exhibit check-in, these exhibits should be checked in at the General Areas registration table. Household Pets has a new class: Educational display/collage (3–6 mounted photos).
4-H & FFA static exhibits are not preregistered, but MUST be physically checked in during Static Exhibit Check-in on Tuesday, July 26 between 4–8 p.m. at the Lancaster Event Center Fairgrounds, Lincoln Room. An adult — such as a club leader or parent(s) — should assist 4-H members in entering exhibits.
All Lancaster County Super Fair 4-H & FFA static exhibits will be released on Monday, Aug. 1, 7–11 a.m. in the Lincoln Room. All static exhibits MUST be picked up during release time. Premium payouts for static exhibits will be paid in cash on Monday, August 1, 7–11 a.m. in the Lincoln Room. Please pick up premium payouts BEFORE picking up static exhibits. Staff at the payout table will provide a list of each 4-H’ers static exhibits, which will help families collect all of their projects without leaving any behind. Please pick up project(s) at each of the area(s) you have exhibits.
