As Super Fair approaches, the 4-H Horse VIPS would like to remind Horse Exhibitors that ONLY YOUTH may approach judges and superintendents with questions during horse shows. This policy is in place in order to encourage our 4-H youth to become confident, caring and capable citizens, and make each moment a positive learning opportunity to make connections and build character.
