The Platte Valley Kennel Club is offering a Trick Agility Class on August 19, 8 a.m.-9 a.m., at Off the Wall Soccer, 6950 S. 110th St. in La Vista. For the first level, the dog/handler team completes 10 agility obstacles and two tricks within the time limit. For the second level, 12 obstacles and three tricks are needed and for the third level 16 obstacles and four tricks. Additionally, a team can enter the third level with a partner and do eight obstacles and two tricks in addition to any other level entered as an individual dog/handler team.
Any 4-H dog person registered with AKC as a Junior who also has an AKC registered dog can enter regular AKC classes in the trial for only $10. Platte Valley Kennel club will cover ALL fees to get dogs AKC registered. Dogs do NOT need to be a purebred.
