The 2022 Nebraska Make It With Wool contest will be held Saturday, Nov. 19 beginning at 9 a.m. in Lexington at Trinity Lutheran Church, 205 East 7th Street. Open to youth and adults, participants model their creations in sewing, knitting, crocheting, spinning and weaving of wool fabrics and yarns. There is also a “Made for Others” category. The fabrics/yarns used for the wool contest must be 100% wool or wool blend (minimum 60% wool or specialty wool fiber). Specialty wool fibers include alpaca, angora, camel, cashmere, llama, mohair, and vicuna. Entry forms, wool samples, registration and wool testing fees are due Oct. 15 to Andrea Nisley, P.O.
