The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners proclaimed Feb. 16, 2023 as 4-H Achievement Day (the originally scheduled day for 4-H Achievement Celebration). The proclamation will be read at the 4-H Achievement Celebration rescheduled to Thursday, Feb. 23, 6:30 p.m.
