4‑H youth ages 10 and up are invited to learn how to crochet a washcloth utilizing the single crochet stitch at this “Basic Crocheting” workshop on Saturday, March 1, 1–3 p.m. at the Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County conference rooms, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Suite A. No cost to attend — all supplies will be provided. A parent or adult must attend with their 4‑H’er to help guide them through the steps. Register by Tuesday, Feb. 18 by contacting Kristin at 402-441-7180 or kristin.geisert@unl.edu so supplies can be ordered. Completed washcloths may be exhibited at the Lancaster County Super Fair in July.
