Due to low 4-H and FFA Beef weigh-in attendance and Rate of Gain contest participation the past several years, it will be on probation in this year. After 2025, if participation is still low, they will be dropped for 2026. See below for 2025 weigh-in details:
4-H and FFA exhibitors showing market steers or heifers at the Lancaster County Super Fair who want to participate in the Rate of Gain contest must weigh-in their projects at the 4-H & FFA Market Beef Weigh-In on Monday, March 3, 6–7 p.m. at the Sandhills Global Event Center – EquineMarket Pavilion.
