The Horse Adult Leader Training and Educational Resource (HALTER) program offers a progressive, self-paced series of lessons created for adult volunteers working with youth in the horse industry. The program provides practical equine science information, hands-on activities, and youth-development techniques to help leaders confidently support young horse enthusiasts.
Participants can take courses in any order based on their interests or experience and will receive a certificate of completion for each level finished.
