Nebraska 4-H’s Premier Animal Science Event (PASE) will be held May 27–29 at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln East Campus. Open to all 4‑H’ers ages 8–18 (by Jan. 1 of 2026), these statewide contests include Livestock Judging, Poultry Judging, Livestock Skill-a-thon, Livestock Quiz Bowl, Companion Animal Challenge, Meats Judging and Animal Welfare Judging contests. Lancaster County 4‑H Council will pay for any contest entry fees for Lancaster County 4‑H'ers, but not lunch or T-shirts.
Meal options:
• Wednesday and Thursday lunch will be on your own. NEW in 2026: PASE participants and volunteers will have the opportunity to eat at the East Campus Dining Hall. Participants will pay at the register with either Cash, Credit Card, or NCard. Attendees over 12: $12.00 (inclusive of tax). Children 6-12: $8.20 (inclusive of tax). Children 5 and under: Free.
• NEW in 2026: There will be a free celebration meal on Thursday evening, sponsored by Nebraska Farm Bureau.
• Friday lunch will be $6.50 per person and will need to be ordered in your 4H Online registration process.
• Everyone, including adults need to have a headcount for meals on Thursday night and Friday lunch so please account for everyone in 4‑H Online.
