The Farm Service Agency (USDA) makes operating loans of up to $5,000 to eligible individual rural youths age 10-20 to finance income-producing agriculture-related projects. Currently the interest rate is 1.875% fixed. For more information, contact the Syracuse FSA office 402-269-2361.
