Spring into Success: Your OASIS for the Last Lap of the Semester

Dear OASIS Community,

Spring break is now behind us, and the countdown to finals has begun! This is the time to refocus, recharge, and remind yourself of everything you’ve accomplished so far. The last few weeks of the semester can feel overwhelming, but remember—you’re not alone. OASIS is here to support you with resources, community, and events that keep you motivated and connected.

As always, we want to remind you that Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers valuable mental health resources. Their team of psychologists and counselors is here to help you navigate challenges, explore your thoughts and emotions, and develop strategies to maintain your well-being. Your mental health matters—learn more at https://caps.unl.edu.

Don't forget to take a break and engage with your community at our signature events! Dish It Up continues to provide a space for open, meaningful conversations on current events and topics that impact our lives. Our Lunch & Learn sessions offer a chance to gain valuable insights while enjoying a meal with peers.

And get ready—JGMC Week is almost here!
