In April we celebrated an incredible milestone: the 15th anniversary of the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center. For 15 years, the Gaughan Center has been a beacon of multicultural excellence, carrying forward the legacy of the university’s culture centers. It continues to provide a home away from home for students, while fostering a welcoming space for all Huskers and visitors. The Gaughan Center is more than just a building—it's a vibrant community that offers invaluable resources, support, and a variety of activities that enrich the student experience.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us in celebrating this remarkable journey. Whether you attended one of the five exciting events we hosted between April 21 and April 25 or simply supported us from afar, your presence and energy made all the difference. Here’s to 15 years of excellence, and many more to come!
As the semester wraps up, we want to congratulate all of the students graduating this May. Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we are so proud of each and every one of you. Here's to a future full of promise, success, and new beginnings!
Let’s finish this semester strong—together. OASIS is here for you every step of the way.
