Empower the Next Generation: Become a YWCA Youth Program Facilitator!

Through partnerships with Lincoln Public Schools and Community Learning Centers, these programs focus on leadership, identity, and career exploration. As a facilitator, you’ll serve as a near-peer mentor—helping students envision themselves as future college-goers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in youth engagement.

Facilitators are needed for programs such as Girls Circle, SMART Girls, and CATCH. Training and curriculum are provided.

- Paid position: 3 hours per week (2 hours for facilitation, 1 for prep)

This is more than a part-time job—it’s a chance to empower young leaders, strengthen your own skills, and give back to the community.
