Students:
ISSO is offering virtual advising which students can sign up for through a Google Form on their main ISSO webpage. Students can also email isso@unl.edu with their questions.
Advisors:
1. Skype Messaging: ISSO staff will be working remotely and do utilize Skype messaging, so Advisors can potentially reach them that way.
2. Email: Advisors can also email ISSO at isso@unl.edu with questions. Advisors who prefer to have a verbal conversation about the situation can request an ISSO staff member call them in their email (leave a phone number).
3. Phone: Advisors can also call the ISSO main line and leave a voicemail. ISSO mentioned their voicemail is being sent to their email which staff are checking. That said, Karen mentioned that it would probably be better just to send an email since that’s how they’d receive the voicemail anyway and because it sounds like they’ve been having some issues with the voicemail to email function.
