Congratulations to Laura Horst on her new role as a Specialist with the Thompson Learning Community at UNO! She will be leaving UNL at the end of the month. This means that the AAA Executive Committee is seeking an individual interested in the Communications Coordinator position. According to the AAA bylaws, an interim can be appointed to serve until the next election.
Responsibilities for this position include coordinating the monthly AAA newsletter and managing the AAA listserv. The time commitment is approximately 5 hours a month. If you are interested in serving as the Communication Coordinator, please contact Amanda Bergeron-Bauer at abergeron2@unl.edu.
