The Clifton Strengths Institute is currently recruiting for the Clifton Builders Program, and we ask for your help in sharing this opportunity with your students. The Clifton Builders Program gives students with high leadership, entrepreneurial, and developer talents a unique, hands-on opportunity to grow as a leader. This cohort style learning environment is open to freshmen and sophomores of all majors at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. As a cohort, our students enroll in upper-level management courses that provide ample hands-on learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom. Students who demonstrate a unique mindset for building social impact, economic energy and successfully complete our program will then graduate into the Global Builder Alumni Network. Students are also assigned a Gallup certified strengths coach to learn how to develop and apply strengths for success.
