Join Dr. Chris Heselton and other Huskers next summer for a month-long faculty led study abroad program in South Korea. Based in Seoul, students will earn 6 credits (3 credits of GLST 391 and 3 credits of your choice from a Korean University). Students will have a choice of many courses at the Korean university including Korean language, Korean culture, and many others.
Since the 1980s, South Korea has been among the most enthusiastic participants in the global economy, creating one of the most prosperous and vibrant societies today.
Visit some of South Korea’s most iconic cultural locations, like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Suwon Fortress, Insadong, DMZ, Gwangju Market, Yonggungsa Temple, and more.
Live in dorms and study alongside with students from all over the world, including many South Korean students.
Gain 6 credits, 3 from UNL and 3 transfer credits, in 4 weeks. Class is open to all UNL students no matter their major.
