Study Studio is your one-stop shop for free peer tutoring at the OASIS. If your students are looking for advice about their writing, coaching on their math skills, or assistance in one of their courses, our team of Learning Consultants are here to help. No appointment necessary! Students can stop by as often as they like. All are welcome!
We’re open Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-8:00pm, in the 2nd floor HuskerTech Lab at the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center. We also host a satellite location in Sandoz 102, on the first floor of Abel/Sandoz Hall, on Wednesday evenings (5:00pm-7:00pm).
Study Studio offers tutoring in a wide range of courses: from English and History to Biology and Chemistry; from Economics and Accounting to Environmental Studies; from Communications Studies to Biological Systems Engineering. And thanks to a partnership with the Math Resource Center, we offer tutoring in the 100-level Math courses that many first-semester students often find most challenging. One more thing: each time a student stops by Study Studio and checks in with one of our Learning Consultants, they will be entered into an end-of-semester raffle to win a FREE meal plan of their choice for Spring 2024!
