1. Endorsement Matters: While a poster or a social media post might catch their eye, your endorsement carries weight. When an advisor recommends the career fair, students are more likely to take notice and consider the opportunity seriously.
2. Empathetic Guidance: Share your insights and understanding of the challenges students face. Let them know that despite their busy schedules, investing time in the career fairs can make a substantial difference in shaping their future.
