Recently in a Dish It Up! faculty and staff event, there was discussion regarding campus inclusion and diversity efforts. One idea that surfaced was that there could be some sort of visual display for offices that highlights the “All are Welcome” phrase that has been outlined by the Chancellor’s Diversity Council. Karen Kassebaum, Director of Staff Diversity in Human Resources, has asked us to submit ideas on training topics that could be implemented on campus to help educate faculty and staff on key components surrounding diversity and creating inclusive spaces.
