Internship and research opportunities for students before and after graduation aren’t limited to Nebraska. If you know a student seeking career experiences within Nebraska or beyond, encourage them to join a discussion on how to land and succeed in such global opportunities. On Wednesday, November 14th in the Crib of the Nebraska Union, students who have interned abroad will share their experience 11-12:30. This will be followed by a panel of students who did research abroad from 12:30-2.
These programs are a part of International Education Week (https://globalnebraska.unl.edu/international-education-week). November 12-16, students will have the chance to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. The week strives to promote diversity and prompt students to experience new cultures. Along with the student panels, there will be a Global Opportunities Fair, an international food bazaar, fashion show, performances and more! Of course, you are invited to all of these events, too.
