A retirement reception for Linda Luedtke, administrative assistant to the Dean for the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts, will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30 from 4:30-6 p.m. in the Sheldon Museum of Art Great Hall. The event is free and open to the public, and all faculty and staff are invited to help her celebrate.
During her 21 years at UNL, Luedtke has been the executive assistant to the Dean of the Hixson-Lied College for the past nine years and financial manager of the college for seven years. She previously worked in the College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office and in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering.
Luedtke was president of UNOPA (University of Nebraska Office Professionals Association) in 2012-2013 and active in this organization at UNL for the past 21 years. She is active and currently serving as treasurer of the Nebraska Educational Office Professional Association (NEOPA) and has served on various committees at the National Association of Educational Office Professionals Association (NAEOP). She earned her Professional Standards Program (PSP) distinction and her Certified Educational Office Employee (CEOE) title through the national organization.
