The FCH Business Center has been working with Accounting/Accounts Payable on ways to streamline and simplify the process of entering hotel bills in Concur.
When entering lodging the FCH Business Center recommends using “Lodging /Conference Rate” for all lodging expenses instead of “Lodging” (Lodging/Conference Rate does not require itemization). If you prefer to use “Lodging” it will still be accepted.
