Provide assistance and support as a Staff Associate in two areas:

Training contract with Nebraska DHHS Division of Children and Family Services
• Provide assistance and support to training staff (meeting room/training room setup, set up equipment prior to training and meetings, and facilitate webinars)
• Coordinate production, requisition, and distribution of training materials
• Manage and post identified content on CCFL website and in video archive
• Proofread and take notes as requested
• Track University vehicle rentals and copier counts
• Serve as back-up for other curriculum production and management staff

Front Desk General Management
• Provide assistance and support to staff and faculty working on numerous projects
• Staff the CCFL’s front desk area, answer incoming telephone calls and inquiries, and greet CCFL guests
• Collect and post the weekly schedules for 50+ faculty and staff
• Responsible for reserving meeting rooms
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and miscellaneous items for all staff
• Prepare and distribute campus and USPS mail deliveries, as well as FedEx shipments
• Submit building/office maintenance requests
• Prepare checks for deposit and update check log
• Responsible for vehicle reservations for business trips

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree plus two (2) years of relevant office experience; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary. Strong computer skills and familiarity with office equipment and functioning. Knowledge of or ability to learn various software or platforms (e.g., WebEx, Moodle, Zoom and Vimeo). Ability to multi-task, and prioritize and handle last minute tasks are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SAP. High level of proofreading skills. A willingness to participate in training role plays.
