Between Oct. 29 and Nov. 16, 2018, you will be permitted to make changes to your benefits plan for 2019. NUFlex enrollment is under the Employee Self Service section of Firefly. We encourage you to enroll early to avoid any last-minute complications.
Checklist:
View your current benefit selections and make any desired changes.
Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.
Complete the Health Risk Assessment.
Designate your tobacco/nicotine status.
Beginning January 1, 2019 our health insurance carrier will be UMR (a United Healthcare company), and our new dental insurance carrier will be Ameritas.
