We’ve had some CCFLer’s asking how people are chosen to respond to the Word on the Street question each week.
When we started running WOTS, we were worried if we sent out the question to everyone, that would bombard people weekly, and we might hear from the same people every time.
Becky Jones came up with a way to make the process work better. Becky comes up with the questions and then uses the employee list to randomly choose people from across different projects. She then sends the Word on the Street question to 5-6 people each week.
