An exhibition of historical clothing and other personal items once owned by Nebraska author Mari Sandoz is showing through Sept. 7 at the Home Economics Building on East Campus. “Mari Sandoz: Crafting a Nebraskan Character” is a partnership between TMFD and the Mari Sandoz Heritage Society.

"Crafting Culture in the Middle of Everywhere” is a new workshop series and research project coordinated by Textiles, Merchandising & Fashion Design. The project fosters cross-cultural exchange and social connections between immigrant communities and long-term residents of Nebraska.
