The Student Council for Exceptional Children is hosting a Chili Cook-Off fundraiser from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at the student lounge in the Barkley Memorial Center. Cost of admittance covers a taste of all soups and a bowl of the individual's favorite. Individuals can also vote for their favorite soup by placing money in its jar.
