CYFS invites you to the final SBEd & Breakfast of the semester: Thursday, May 9, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Home Economics Building, Room 121, 1650 N. 35th St., on UNL’s East Campus.

The event will feature a panel of stakeholders who are “in the trenches” at schools across the state. They will share their unique insights on how to best work with schools to recruit research participants and build mutually beneficial relationships.

Light breakfast foods, coffee and juice will be served.

These monthly conversations, facilitated by CYFS Director Susan Sheridan, aim to foster a community of faculty with diverse backgrounds and expertise areas who share an interest in making a positive impact on society through SBEd research.

By attending, faculty will have an opportunity to:

• Connect with faculty across different research methods and interests.
• Explore opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Share resources and knowledge.
• Discover new ways to advance research goals.

SBEd & Breakfast is open to all researchers in the social, behavioral and educational sciences — especially early career researchers. Faculty are encouraged to bring a research colleague with interest in this area.

Advance registration is appreciated. Register at https://go.unl.edu/tyb3
