The academic year is coming to a close, and things are winding down. This last week, CEHS hosted the last Dine and Discover of the 2018-2019 academic year. It was the first year for this program, and it was a success because of all of the staff and faculty who participated. In the fall 2018 semester, we visited Amin’s Kitchen for some Iraqi food. Then later on in November, as the days were growing darker, we gathered for our second event at Tia Lety’s to sample some El Salvadorian and Mexican cuisine. In early 2019, on a cold, frigid night in February, many of you braved the weather for some Indian food at Kurry Xpress. Then last night, we welcomed spring with some fresh Vietnamese food at Pho Factory.
