Hi Chemistry Scholars!

As we step into December, many of you are feeling the weight of finals and the push to finish strong. It is completely normal to feel stressed, excited, and tired all at once. You have accomplished A LOT this semester! As you move through these last weeks, be kind to yourself, reach out if you need support from professors, staff, family, friends, or me, and take a moment to acknowledge your progress. After finals, give yourself time to rest and celebrate your wins, big and small. I am wishing you a calm and successful finals week, followed by a restful and truly rewarding holiday season. You have got this and I am cheering you on every step of the way!
