Career Services will host Kathryn Troutman to speak about federal job search training on March 3, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Unity Room at the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.

Troutman is a well-known author, consultant, and career trainer who assists job seekers interested in working for the U.S. government. She is the founder and president of The Resume Place, Inc, a service business and website that consults on, writes and designs federal and private-sector resumes. She has published nine books over the course of her career and is known in federal hiring circles as the "federal resume guru".

Both students, staff and faculty are encouraged to attend and will learn several strategies on how to better position qualifications on federal job search resume. Space is limited to 75 attendees—register now to secure your spot.
