Myelin is looking for an intern with the interest and ambition to develop technical and business skills.
Myelin is offering a hands-on experience working with an early-stage startup in the Health IT industry. The right candidates must be like a swiss army knife: able and willing to do lots of things. Applicants should be highly motivated by problem solving, product/project delivery, and business development.
Expected Internship Activities:
• Help translate business requirements to possible technical solutions.
• Learn a continuous development process.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Help identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization.
• Explore applicability and pilot Amazon HealthLake to Myelin’s application and existing & future data sets
Qualifications:
• Ideally familiar with React Js and Postman
Hours/Pay:
• Apprentices will be on duty between February through June 2020
• You will be expected to work up to 15 hours a week, remotely
• Interns will be paid $15 per hour
