The Office of Graduate Studies will host two panels—one for students in STEM and the other for students in the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences—featuring graduate alumni now in careers outside of academia. Each event will have a set of four panelists who will share the paths to their career and what skills they found to be important along the way.

Hear from graduate alumni about their transition from student to employee, and what they learned about the job search process in their industries. This diverse panel includes a range of educational backgrounds and current professions outside of academia.

The event will begin with a guided discussion about career development in graduate school and then will transition to a Q&A session.

The STEM panel will be held February 15, 2021 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. CST via Zoom. Register for this session here.
